The first one was in November and was told it would be awhile and may be ready for Christmas. When we went in several weeks later, it was not correct and they had to redo the item. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for being new and around the holiday season. My husband placed another order for my birthday in the beginning of February. We were told it would be 2 months. After 3 months of no contact from them, a friend went in to check on her order (who was also place in February) and neither of the orders had even been started. I am a HUGE small business owner supporter. I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.
